What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your photography session. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the session: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to the session: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the session: No refund of the deposit.

We are happy to reschedule your session if you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please refer to our booking agreement for the complete cancellation policy.

Do you offer retouching or editing services?
